What it does
Quick add anywhere
A small box opens from any app with Ctrl+Alt+A. Dates, times, repeats, #projects, tags and priorities are understood as you type.
Today and Tonight
Today gathers what you planned, what is due and what is overdue, with a Tonight section for the evening. Drag tasks into the order you want.
Upcoming
The next 7 days one by one, including empty days, then the following weeks and months.
Areas and projects
Group tasks into areas and projects. Ready holds everything you could do now, and Later parks the someday ideas.
Repeating tasks
Every day, weekday, week, month or year, every few days, or a set time after you finish. The next one appears when you check this one off.
Reminders
Complete or snooze for 10 minutes, an hour or until tomorrow. Reminders wait during Focus unless you mark the task Important.
Keyboard first
Every action has a shortcut, and Ctrl+K opens a command palette that lists every action with its shortcut.
Nothing lost
Every change is saved the moment you make it. Undo, a Trash that keeps tasks for 30 days, daily backups and a one-file export keep your tasks safe.
