Transcription happens on this PC. Audio and transcripts are never uploaded, and there are no per-minute fees.
Three models
Pick Fast, Balanced or Most accurate, with the size and expected speed shown. Hushscribe suggests one for your PC and downloads it once, with pause and resume.
GPU or processor
Uses your graphics card automatically when it can, and falls back to the processor when it can’t. Each transcript shows which one did the work.
Synced playback
Click a timestamp to play from there. The current line is highlighted as it plays, with speeds from 0.5× to 2× and a waveform to scrub through.
Edit and search
Fix words right in the transcript and it saves itself. Find and replace within a transcript, or search across all of them.
Export
Plain text with or without timestamps, Word, SRT and VTT subtitles, or Markdown. Copy all puts the whole transcript on the clipboard.
Background queue
Add a batch of files and close the window. Progress shows in the tray, and a pause, quit or restart picks up where it left off.
Many languages
Hushscribe detects the language spoken, or you can choose it. It can also translate the speech into English as it transcribes.
